Sub:-  Submission of Letters of Authorization from new members by an unauthorized person.

Respected Sir,

It has come to the notice of this Divisional Union that an unauthorized person claiming himself as the Secretary of a particular Union which has no branch in Bhubaneswar Division has manipulated to collect some Letters of Authorization from some staff members and submitted the same to Divisional Office during April, 2017 as a part of annual membership collection.

Such activities of the concerned employee concern clearly violate CCS(RSA) Rules, 1993.

Therefore, we would like to request you not to entertain those Letters of Authorization in any manner.
