Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working Committee Meeting of AIPEU, Group-C, Bhubaneswar Division at 17.00 hours on 16.02.2017  in PRC, Bhubaneswar GPO.

            The following shall be the agenda for discussion.

1.            Proposed one day nationwide strike on 16.03.2017 called by the Confederation against the breach of assurances by the Govt on Minimum Wage, Fitment Formula etc.

2.            Joint General Body Meeting on 5^th March, 2017 in connection with one day strike on 16.03.2017 to be addressed by Com. M Krishnan, Secretary General, Confederation.

3.            Cadre Restructuring issues especially holding of LSG DPC by Circle administration without filling of up of posts in HSG-II and HSG-I cadre.

4.            Pending Divisional Issues

5.            Organizational Review - Bhubaneswar Division after 9^th Circle Biennial Conference.

6.            Financial Review.

7.            Any other item(s) with the permission of Chair.

All the Working Committee members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail. The union shall be happy to have the participation of willing staff members with their valuable contributions on various issues. Members having personal issues are also cordially invited to the DWC meeting for discussion.
