​Respected Sir/Madam, 

Please refer to trail mail on acceptance of RD Agent Schedules in the absence of Agent Schedule upload menu HAGTXP or slow/non working of Finacle as well as Agent Portal. In the process circulated, it has been mentioned that is such circumstances, cash  collected has to be kept out of account alongwith entries to be made in a register. Some circles have reported that post offices are reluctant to accept cash from agents due security of cash being kept out of account. 

Since Agent Schedule upload menu HAGTXP is still disabled and  not yet optimized to handle heavy load of backlog and current schedules, it is advised that Post Offices may be asked to account for the cash in SB Cash today for today's collection and amount already collected (if any) and not accounted so far but all such Schedules should be entered date-wise in the register. 

Adjustment of amount actually uploaded, Default Fee and Rebate can be made in the reports manually as and when menu will be made available and schedule is uploaded. Manual corrections should be supported by Error Book entry and copy of Error Book should be attached with the manually corrected reports. Agent Commission will be credited only when schedule will be uploaded. No cash commission be paid to agents but post offices should give manual receipt to agents for the cash received.  

This arrangement (accounting of cash without upload) is a temporary arrangement to be implemented till situation become normal and HAGTXP is able to take daily load. As and when DC Closure of yesterday is completed, HAGTXP will be enabled but the same will be disabled after taking Max. 1.50 Lac e-banking reference numbers. 

It is once again requested that all RD Schedules either prepared through Agent Portal or through Excel should be accepted from Agents today and it should be ensured that no post office refuse to accept schedules.
