Sub: Regularizing and Counting of services rendered as RTP by P As / S As – Implementation of Order dated 15.04.2015 in O A No. 779/2013 & O A No.780/2013 of Hon’ble CAT Hyderabad Bench. 

Dear Comrade,

         This is regarding implementation of Order dated 15.04.2015 in O A No. 779/2013 & O A No.780/2013  filed by Shri K Manohara and others (222 in number) versus Union of India and other in the Hon’ble CAT, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad in connection with regularizing and counting of services rendered by Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants. 

         The copy of the above order ( 40 pages ) collected by this Divisional Union is sent herewith through Regd. Post for ready reference. 

          The Hon’ble CAT, Hyderabad has directed the respondents to regularize and count the services rendered as Reserved Trained Pool by the applicants from the date of their initial appointment as Sorting Assistant / Postal Assistant with all consequential benefits and also to count their services rendered as RTP for the purpose of  granting the financial up-gradation under TBOP and MACP Scheme. 

           Since the RTP case filed by us centrally before the Principal CAT, New Delhi  has been posted to 26th August, 2015 for next hearing, we would like to suggest for filing the above judgment as a  rejoinder  to strengthen our case.
