July-2015 Mock Migration Regarding
As intimated by CO
vide email dtd 04.03.2015 and 25.03.2015,your office has been selected for CBS
migration in the month as mentioned in the following table. You are requested
to be ready in all aspects.The Mock Migration of office sheduled in the 1st
fortnight of April will be done on 30.03.2015 and of the offices sheduled in 2nd
fortnight of April will be made on 06.04.2015.You are requested to settle all
the discrepancies immediately.

A) All
the System Administrators, concerned with above selected Post Offices are
instructed to run the SO HO Balance agreement tool available in SDC,Chennai
site and settle the differences following the laid down procedures before Mock
Migration.
B) TO Branch,Bhubaneswar Divisional office
for information and he is instructed to make hardware ready for
this purpose.
C) Staff Branch ,Bhubaneswar Divisional
Office to plan for training the staff of the selected offices.
