                 I am directed to forward herewith the Directorate letter No. No.10-1312013-RB dated 11.12.2013 regarding aforesaid subject. It is to intimate that this award is meant for individual/ individuals which have share their exemplary contribution to rural part, especially Branch Postmasters in Department of Posts for MGNREGS and Social Security payments.

               It is requested to send one top most nomination from your Region/ Division based on the criteria given in the attachment with duly filled format  so as to reach this office latest by 18.12.2013 for onward submission to Directorate. While short listing the name some criteria like disbursing NREGA wages/ Social Security schemes accounts to the workers / beneficiaries timely, acceptability of the Branch Postmasters in the village for making complaints free payments, accountably and transparency in disbursement through Post Offices must be given weightage and it must be clearly indicated against name of nominated official. In addition the following information may kindly be submitted in respect of nominated official.
