The following officials as detailed below have been selected to attend the above mentioned coaching camp at their respective headquarters along with local Athletes from 07.12.13 to 15.12.2013. The All India Postal Athletics & Cycling Meet 2013-14 will be held at Banglore (Karnataka Circle) from 18.12.2013 to 20.12.2013.

All above athletes may be granted special C.L. from 07.12.13 to 15.12.13 to attend the coaching camp. Participant at Sl no 7 may be granted Spl CL for the period 07.12.2013 to 20.12.2013 including journey time to attend coaching camp & All India meet at Banglore.

After completion of the camp the team will proceed to Banglore directly from their respective headquarters. The team will be lead by Shri Debanand Putel, OS mail, CSD, Balangir Dn as Manager. All above officials must carry their I. Card with them.

For participating in All india Meet, Period of absence of all officials (Except at Sl No 7, 13 & 14) including journey time shall be treated as on duty & the officials are entitled to draw TA/DA as admissible.

The TA/DA for the participants at Sl No. 7, 13 & 14 will be borne from OCPSB fund for the purpose.
