NFPE, M P Circle was compulsorily
retired from service as a matter of Trade Union Victimization. NFPE and P 3 CHQ
had taken up the case with the
Secretary, Department of Posts. As per SMS received from Com. M Krishnan ,
Secretary General NFPE & General
Secretary , P 3 CHQ, orders reinstating Com. S C Jain into service was issued on 25.10.2013 by the Directorate to
Chief PMG, MP Circle.
This is a great victory of NFPE in the fight against Trade Union victimization.
