The Department of Posts has started several new schemes for the convenience of its customers, chief postmaster general, AP Circle, BV Sudhakar has said.
Speaking at a press conference here on Saturday, he said schemes such as Mobile Money Transfer Service (MTS), Instant Money Service (IMS) and My Stamp (MS) were the most important ones introduced by the postal department recently across the country. He said MTS and IMS are being implemented in 30,000 post offices across the country including 2,230 post offices in Andhra Pradesh.
