Notice is hereby given under Article 48 of
the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union, Group – C to hold the Working Committee Meeting of this
Divisional union at 18.00 hours on 16.05.2013
in the Postal Recreation Club, Bhubaneswar GPO.
The following shall be the agenda
for discussion.
1. Review
of February-2013 all India Strike – Subsequent developments on charter of
demands and activities of CHQ/NFPE/Confederation.
2 29th
All India Conference at Thiruvanthapuram from 10.03.2013 to 13.03.2013:
a. General discussion in brief and lessons
from AIC
b. Participation
/ role of Bhubaneswar Division.
c. Amendment to
Constitution of AIPEU, Group-C
3. Rotational
Transfer Memo and allied Divisional issues.
4. Organizational Review:
a. New
membership collection during April-2013.
b. Functional
problems and role of elected office bearers.
c. Issues
relating to Bhubaneswar GPO.
5. Financial Review.
6 Monthly Union Meeting with Divisional
Head and staff problems.
7. Any
other item(s) with the permission of Chair.

of thanks
All the Working
Committee members are requested to attend the meeting invariably without fail.
The union shall be happy to have the participation of willing staff members
with their valuable contributions on various issues. Members having personal issues are also
cordially invited to the DWC meeting for discussion.
