This is regarding renewal of AMC with HCL for the period from 1.4.12 to
31.3.2013. The AMC agreement for the financial year 2012-2013 has been renewed
with HCL Infosystems ltd on 18.4.2012 with effect from 1.4.2012. You are
requested to lodge complain with the HCL for any computer problem arising at
your end. Further it is to intimate that while placing fault call with the
vendor the correct serial number of the system should be intimated failing
which the vendor will not register the complain . Office wise list of
systems and their serial no which were
covered under the AMC is furnished below
for information.
