 Sub:   Allotment of Funds for training to staff on account of expansion of iMO services during 11^th Five Year Plan for the year 2011-12.

 Sir,

 I am directed to intimate that 153 Post Offices in the Circle have been identified for expansion of iMO services. The list of such Post offices is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A for reference.  The  SPM and the PA of such post offices are required to be trained  on iMO service and application of new iMO software which was forwarded to  concerned system administrator on  02.02.2012.   

The training programme of  the SPM and the PA may be conducted  immediately at  Divisional level and the  training imparted by the SA which will be supervised by one ASP/IP.  The feature of the iMO  is available in India Post website. As regards application of iMO software the SA will discuss in detail about the booking and payment of iMO.

The fund for such training is allotted vide Annexure-B.  The fund may be utilised  for the purpose of TA/DA, stationery item, study material, hiring projector and refreshment charges.  Since this is a plan fund, 100% utilisation of the fund should be ensured and expenditure booked under Major Head 3201.02.101.04.99.27-iMO (plan) before 31.03.2012 and compliance report submitted by 01.04.2012

             The SPOs Mayurbhanj division will depute the concerned officials  of Badasahi SO  to Balasore for the purpose of training.

             Competent Authority  has approved this.
