IRAq Post , vide UPU Circular No. 121 confirms that it does not accept packets or parcels ( ordinary or registered ) containing cameras, mobile, telephones or laptop computers. Iraq Posts will return any such items to the sender  and any costs incurred will be recovered from the sender.
