The Sr. Postmaster/Postmasters/Sub Postmasters concerned will depute all the Postmen staff/MTS of their office on the scheduled date to attend the above training positively without fail and it must be ensured that the seats allotted are fully utilized. No leave of any kind will be granted to the officials during the training period including journey time.
Sri D.K Samal, Dy. Postmaster, Bhubaneswar GPO, Sri J.K.Jena, ASPOs I/C, Bhubaneswar North Sub Division and Sri P.C.Mohapatra,ASPOs(OD),Divisional Office,BBSR will impart the training as Trainer and the Standard Training Programmes are available at PTC Mysore website under the “Plan Scheme Training 2011-12” which can be accessed in the Training Menu (user ID:’stp’ Password:’indiapost’).]
ASPOs (HQRS), Bhubaneswar Division, IPO Bhubaneswar South and Nimapara Sub Division will remain present during the Training Secession and to cooperate for smooth conduct of the training.
